Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Love Affair Boutique! Below you'll find everything you need to know about order processing, shipping, tracking and in-store collection.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipping or collection.

Once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary during busy periods, sales and promotional events.

Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide.

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that dispatch timeframes and delivery timeframes are different. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Express delivery: Approximately 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: Approximately 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

You can use your tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel online.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

If you're local to Adelaide, you can select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared for collection. If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us to check whether it is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Orders must be collected within 2 weeks of the purchase date. If you're unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to arrange an alternative option.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations for a flat rate of $40 AUD.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• New Zealand and the United States: Approximately 10–14 business days
• Other international destinations: Delivery times may vary and may take longer

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or additional charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays are outside of Love Affair Boutique's control.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information and contacting the relevant courier directly for further assistance.

While we will always do our best to assist where possible, Love Affair Boutique cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes.
