UPDATE TO SHIPPING, HOME DELIVERY & IN-STORE PICKUPS

Due to COVID-19, our St Morris store trading hours have changed.

PLEASE SEE HEADER FOR CURRENT TRADING HOURS

All orders may take up to 2 business days to be packed and ready for shipment or collection. Please watch your inbox for these order updates.

Any discount codes, over 10% OFF, have a strict no returns or exchange policy. This applies for any promotional codes used.

Please note our return policy still applies as listed in our FAQ section. We have a no refund policy, but offer store credits or exchanges for full priced items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Australia and Internationally.

How long does delivery take?

At Love Affair Boutique, we know what it’s like when you just want your new purchase straight away...therefore we promise that all orders made before 12pm Monday – Friday will dispatched on the same day via Standard Post. Any orders made after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. Weekend orders will be sent on the following Monday.

Mailplus - if you’d like an express option, please contact us direct via phone or email. Express delivery time is between 1-3 business days across Australia. Regional areas may take 2-5 days. Please notify us of any special delivery instructions to ensure quick and safe delivery. Please note due to COVID, there are unexpected delivery delays which is out of our control.

IN-STORE PICKUP - if selecting ‘in-store pick up’ at checkout, orders must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase date. If unable to pick up within the two weeks, the option to add postage to your order will be used. Please contact us on 0435439850 with any enquiries. 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

A $12 standard postage fee applies for Australian orders under $150.

International orders are a flat rate of $40AUD.

For our South Australian customers, in-store pickup is available at checkout.

Do you provide tracking?

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will be notified via email. This will include your tracking number, where you will be able to see the movements of your parcel online.

Love Affair Boutique does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to provided addresses and PO boxes. 

Can I pick up my order instore?

If you are local, we now offer instore pickup (select at shipping method). Please allow 24 hours for your item to be available for pick up. You may call our store to check whether it is available sooner. Please bring order confirmation on pickup, either printed or via mobile.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, for a flat rate of $40AUD. Please select international shipping at checkout. Delivery will take 10-14 day for NZ & US. Other countries may take longer. 

All prices on Love Affair Boutique are in Australian dollars and include GST. Taxes and custom charges and duties may incur.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

What's our return policy?

ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note our online policy differs from our instore policy. The following only applies to products purchased online.

Please choose carefully as Love Affair Boutique does not offer refunds for change of mind or a wrong selection.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be offered if the garment is deemed faulty at our discretion, and is communicated to us within 7 days of purchase. 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item due to wrong sizing or change of mind, we will happily provide a credit note if:

- You send your return within 7 days of receiving your item with return paperwork enclosed (this will be sent with your order).

- Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached and original receipt.

- Returned items that are not in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Love Affair Boutique reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in its original condition;

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from its process date.

Original shipping costs will not be credited unless the item is faulty.

NO exchanges on earrings, swimwear or SALE ITEMS.

All returns must be authorised by Love Affair Boutique. 

Do accept returns on sale items?

All sale and promotional items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.

 

 

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

All prices are in Australian ($AU) dollars.

We accept payment by most general credit cards through our secure checkout including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We will soon be offering PAYPAL and AfterPay as payment methods.

Please contact us if you wish to pay via Bank Deposit. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. This can vary between 1-3 days.

Is my information secure?

Your purchase is secured by ShopifyPayments. Your credit card details are passed securely through ShopifyPayment's certified secure payment process, and are not stored by our website. A Secured Socket Layer with a 128 bit ensures your payment details are protected. This process is constantly monitored and maintained by SecurePay, while Love Affair Boutique regularly updates our firewall to keep the site secure. 

We do not store your credit card details; they are deleted after your purchase has been completed. Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. 

Details stored on our database only include your name, email address, postal address, and phone number. These will be kept strictly confidential.  Access to your details by the Love Affair Boutique staff will be strictly limited to management.  We will never sell your personal details or pass on to any entity.  

By providing us with your email, our members will receive promotional emails designed by Love Affair Boutique including special offers and product information.

What is AFTERPAY and how does it work?

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.

After you check out, we will ship your order to you!

Afterpay will then split your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and we’ll schedule automatic payments for you.

Once you have processed your order on our website, Afterpay will confirm your payment and send you details about your account. You can log on at any time to view your orders, payments and account information.

 

PRICING

Prices for the products include all taxes, duties and other import costs.

Love Affair Boutique prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.

Love Affair Boutique has the rights to set the RRP garments as they wish.

Prices are marked on garment tags. If there is a price discrepancy, Love Affair Boutique reserves the right to override the price.

If a singular garment is priced incorrectly and varies to other of its kind, it is deemed as an human error and it is Love Affair Boutique’s right to sell it to customers at it’s intended RRP.

In an event where a singular item is priced incorrectly and the item is purchased, the customer has the right to return the garment for a full refund.

If all garments of the same style are incorrectly marked, Love Affair Boutique will honor this price to the customer out of goodwill.

If there is a price discrepancy, Love Affair Boutique reserves the right to choose the outcome 

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have complaints or concerns, please contact us either in store or via our email loveaffairboutique@outlook.com.

Our team members & managers will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of contact. If your complaint is complicated or requires further investigation our response may take additional time to finalise.

Love Affair Boutique is a small family business now running for 10 years. We pride ourselves on customer service and acknowledgment. We always strive to find a solution that satisfies both the customer and business.
